UK Family Visa
The Innovator Founder Visa allows entrepreneurs to establish and grow an innovative, viable, and scalable business in the UK. It is designed for individuals with strong business ideas that contribute to the UK economy. Applicants must obtain endorsement from an approved UK endorsing body, which will assess the business idea against key criteria such as innovation, viability, and scalability.
The visa enables founders to focus on developing their business while benefiting from access to the UK’s dynamic market, investment opportunities, and global networks. It also allows applicants to bring eligible family members to the UK. This route can lead to Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) after 3 years, subject to meeting specific business growth and performance requirements set by the endorsing body.
Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), or Settlement, is the status that allows you to live, work, and study in the UK without any time limits. Achieving ILR is a key milestone on the path to long-term settlement or British citizenship.
Depending on your immigration history and current visa category, you may be eligible to apply after meeting specific residence and eligibility requirements. ILR also provides greater stability, access to opportunities, and the freedom to live in the UK without ongoing visa restrictions.
